Provisional booking are held up to 1 month prior to arrival

Booking are not guaranteed until 50 % down payment has been made

Final payment is due in 7 days prior to arrival

Late cancellation we charge the first night

Extra bed / Mattresses are charged @ 50% of the room rate

Maximum number of extra beds / mattresses in a room is 1

Any time of extra bed or children cot/crib is upon request & needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplement are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cash payment are accepted In Zambian Kwacha and US Dollars only.
